Mediact first aid run
REC basic, emergency and advanced first aid courses for the outdoors
and remote areas, paediatric first aid, specialised courses for
confined space, HSE first aid at work and AED defibrillator training.
Courses are run throughout
the UK and Europe.
Based on practical, easy
to remember, jargon free procedures, our aim is to train confident
and competent first aiders.

16 hour 1st aid course
(emergency) for outdoor/remote activities and NGB awards.
e.g. MLC, BCU, DofE, BELA,
CSLA and Scout leaders.
2 day first aid course
(REC advanced) extension to above.
4 day firstaid course
(HSE FAW) with exam.
AED training or refresher
Paediatric 12 hour courses
following Dept for Children, Schools and Families EYFS 2008.
First aid training specialising
in use of basic first aid kits and improvisation in the outdoors,
for difficult access where extended care is required,
to achieve assessment
and management of the casualty, not just the injury.
Get a group of 6-12 together
and we can run a REC 1st aid course at your own venue,
anywhere in the UK or Europe.
